How did Anne Frank become the most famous victim of the Holocaust? And how did her diary become one of the most widely read books of all time? This 1.5 credit minicourse will examine the writing and publishing of Anne Frank’s diary and then explore her remarkable legacy on stage, in museums, and through works of video, music, and art.
No prerequisites. All readings in English.
