The Jewish Virtual Library  The nonprofit American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise (AICE) has built the world's most comprehensive online source of information on Jewish history and culture with more than 6,000 articles and 2,000 photographs and maps covering everything from anti-Semitism to Zionism. 

Rutgers Jewish Studies Research Guide A guide including links to a variety of journals, reference works, and Internet sites, as well as resources available close to Rutgers Universtiy.

The Jewish Encyclopedia Contains the complete contents of the 12-volume Jewish Encyclopedia, originally published between 1901-1906. Since the original work was completed almost 100 years ago, it does not cover a significant portion of modern Jewish History. However, it does contain an large amount of information that is still relevant today.

The JTS Library The library of the Jewish Theological Seminary of Americais one of the best libraries in our area. The online catalog is run by"Aleph" - the same computer system that is used by the Israeli academic institutions. Princeton University's Jewish Studies Resources Information about Princeton's excellent Jewish studies and Hebrew language collection as well as links to other resources.Rutgers students have free access toFirestone Library if they present an up-to-date Rutgers ID.  At theJones Hall Library, which contains the Hebrew language monographs and periodicals collection ID is not required.

Project Muse permits subscribers to gain FULL-TEXT access to a number of journals is now available to RU students and faculty in TWO ways:
1. Go to the site on the WEB and search all all or any number of the journals offered.
2. Look up the specific journal  in IRIS and click on the internet address.
