jewish artThe Department of Jewish Studies no longer is accepting candidates for the M.A. in Jewish Studies program.  Students currently enrolled in the program will be able to complete their degree requirements, but, per the above, no new students will be accepted and enrolled.  Prospective students interested in Jewish Studies subjects are encouraged to apply to other Rutgers programs, including History, Religion, Classics, German, and Comparative Literature. Core faculty members in the Department of Jewish Studies are affiliated with all of these programs and can work with graduate students en route to the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees.
